Amer Obradovic
Amer Obradovic has been the Director of the New Initiatives Centre since its founding in April 2011. He is in charge of running the foundation and works alongside the Steering Board and is in charge of preparing the budget, programs, projects and other various managing duties. Previously, Amer was Head of Cabinet of the Office of the Deputy Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina (2007-2011). In the period July 2002 to February 2007 he was a journalist and editor of the weekly Dani (Days), based in Sarajevo. During that period, Dani was the most influential weekly magazine in the country. From 2008 to 2012 he was also a member of the state commission for cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and UNESCO. Since 2012 he is working in the press department of Energoinvest, a private company.
