Aljoscha Nau is European Affairs Analyst and Coordinator at the Brussels office of the German Economic Institute (IW). In his work he focuses on trade and investment, industrial policy-making and EU-China relations. He is a London School of Economics (LSE) alumni and holds a Master of Science in International Political Economy (IPE). Previously he studied International Relations and Economics in Dresden and Beijing and acquired extensive practical experience in trade and foreign affairs in China and the EU. He is also a Co-Director of the Young China Watchers (YCW) Brussels Chapter.
