The politics and impact of Klaus Welle ― Essays on his 60th birthday

To celebrate Martens Centre Academic Council Chairman Klaus Welle’s 60th birthday, his friends and former colleagues in the EU institutions have authored a collection of essays recounting the impact he made in Brussels, especially on the development of the European Parliament. Klaus Welle served as Secretary-General of the European Parliament from March 2009 to December 2022, the administrative manager of the Union’s only directly-elected institution.
