Press Briefing with Vladimir Milov – “Russia’s Economy Under Sanctions: Debunking the Recovery Myth”

On Friday 23 of June, the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies will host a press briefing on the continuing effects of sanctions on Russian economy titled: Russia’s Economy Under Sanctions: Debunking the Recovery Myth”

Mr Vladimir Milov, Martens Centre Research Associate and Russian Opposition Leader will present his latest research paper “From Bad to Worse: The Continuing Effects of Sanctions on Russia”, which constitutes a follow-up to a comprehensive report that was published in November 2022, and will offer insight into future trends. Accredited journalists attending the press briefing will have exclusive access to the paper before its release.

The briefing will take place at the Press Club Brussels and those participating will be able to ask questions in person during the Q&A session.
