Debate Club Final 2024

The 2024 Debate Club, a flagship initiative by the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies and the Kós Károly Academy Foundation is concluding the engaging series with a grand event from December 6 to 8 December in Odorheiu Secuiesc, Romania. This event is the culmination of a series of local debates and preparatory sessions designed to foster academic debate skills among high school students.

The event is centered around the critical and timely theme of “Future of Europe,” encompassing discussions on free education in the EU, animal testing, voting rights as of 16 years old. The teams will also debate on thought-provoking topics, including car-free cities, EU citizenship for immigrants, and free public transport for students.
