The Agenda of the New EU Institutional Cycle

This joint activity of the Martens Centre and Hanns Seidel Foundation Bulgaria aims at discussing the main issues at stake for the New Institution Cycle of the European Union. The conference will focus on education, skills and culture; european identity; and neighbourhood and enlargement policies.
